We all love family style! Having all the food displayed right on the table allows your guests to stay seated and enjoy their meal, just like a holiday or family dinner. But sometimes, there are a few beautiful items on the table - like your perfectly chosen flowers, gorgeous glassware, candles, name cards and... you get the idea!
Also, it can be nice to really wow your guests with a few expertly plated dishes!
Your solution: Edge Family Service. The perfect mix of plated service and family style. Perfect for up to 75 guests. Let’s get to know each other! At Edge Catering, we value the opportunity of face to face meetings. Hearing about your vision and priorities, favourite dishes, and special moments that the both of you want to share with your guests is our priority.

After we’ve talked about what your special day will look like and decided on your menu and all the components that go with it, we will put forth our proposal. We will eagerly await to hear you say “Yes” so we can start our culinary journey together!

A site inspection is helpful (when possible) so everyone is on the same page with event logistics and expectations and helps us get an even clearer understanding of your vision.
