Sara’s incredible organization and warm client engagement shine as she leads Edge’s Corporate Catering division. With a diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she thrives on exploring new sales and marketing ideas while honing in on new ways to serve our clients with the utmost efficiency. Her endless energy and enthusiasm are infectious; her patience a virtue!

How long has Edge been doing corporate catering deliveries?
18 years!
Who are a few of your frequent clients?
We have many consistent clients; a few would be UBC Robson Square, KPMG, Acuitas Therapeutics, DP World, Teck Resources, Real Estate Board of Vancouver, and YVR.
How large of a group can you accommodate?
Although we typically serve groups of 15-30, we have also delivered 1000 meals daily!
What areas does Edge deliver to?
All around the lower mainland!
How many deliveries does Edge do a week for Corporate Catering?
Our deliveries range between 22-30 daily!
How much notice is needed when ordering?
Giving us as much time as possible is preferred, but 2 business days prior is best!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely, we always accommodate dietaries to the best of our abilities!
What is the most popular sandwich and salad?
That’s a tricky question, as there are so many, but I would say the Farmhouse Chicken Sandwich and the Greek Power Bowl are high on that list.
What is the most frequent type of corporate catering ordered?
All of our offerings are really popular, but Lunch and Breakfast are the most frequently ordered, followed by Happy Hour, which is also a big hit!
