Chances are you have explored our website, and our delicious food and seasonal menus have piqued your interest! The first step starts with a phone call. Catering services are a different experience compared to other food services, so we will walk you through exactly what you should expect when working with a full-service caterer.
Let's get to know each other! At Edge Catering, we value the opportunity of face-to-face meetings. Hearing about your vision and priorities, your menu expectations, and any special requests you have is our priority.
After we have talked about what your event will look like and decided on the food menu together and all of the components that go with it, we will put forth our proposal. We will eagerly await your confirmation so we can start preparing for your special event.
When possible, a site inspection is helpful so that our team is on the same page with event logistics and expectations. This helps us get an even clearer understanding of your overall event vision.
We invite our clients to book a private tasting in our tasting room so that you fully experience our expertise, taste the quality of our food and have a sneak peek into how your guests will experience the event.
