I’ve built a committed team with a fierce passion for culinary and event excellence. Together, our team has set the bar in Vancouver’s catering scene by thinking and acting differently—pushing beyond the expected and constantly re-imagining how food and beverage can be experienced. Every event is a performance. We don’t just serve food; we orchestrate moments, creating rhythm and flow, and designing experiences that feel intentional, seamless, and alive.
HOW EDGE CATERING BEGAN
Edge Catering didn’t start as a formal business plan. It began as a personal leap—stepping into the unknown with curiosity, belief, persistence, and a genuine love of hospitality. With no formal catering background, I was driven by the power of shared experiences and the impact that care, intention, and human connection can have.
What started 22 years ago has grown into a world-class catering company, but the heart of Edge has never changed. Growth never replaced purpose. Scale never diluted care. Our philosophy of care continues to guide every decision, every action, and every interaction. Our reputation, long-standing partnerships, and the trust we’ve earned are a direct reflection of that enduring commitment.
